La Calaca — Pumpkin Pecan Waffle Soy Candle in a Hand-Painted Skull Mug

A hand-painted calavera mug, filled to the rim with soy wax and topped with a single marigold in full bloom. La Calaca is the biggest pour in our Día de Muertos set — 13.5 oz — and the mug she comes in is the part you keep.

Pumpkin pecan waffle, and it smells exactly like it sounds: almond and pumpkin purée up top, buttermilk and pecan through the middle, toasted waffle and vanilla underneath. An autumn morning, indoors.

Hand-poured in small batches in soy wax. The face is painted by hand — red flower eyes, a heart at the nose, a row of teeth, marigold petals across the crown — so no two come out exactly alike.

Light her through the season. Keep her after.
